Accessing Memberships & Tickets

This tutorial contains an overview of how to access tickets and memberships. The steps you follow will depend on whether you are an administrator looking for someone else's tickets or a customer looking for your own tickets.


View Your Memberships & Tickets

To view your own tickets, click on your profile picture on the header bar in the upper right hand corner of the window and click Profile. Once your profile opens, scroll down to the Extras section and click on the Memberships or Tickets section to open it. You will now see a table of all the current and upcoming memberships or tickets you have purchased. In the Actions column, click the View icon to view your membership card or ticket.


View a Family Member's Memberships & Tickets

To view tickets for someone in your family, click on your profile picture on the header bar in the upper right hand corner of the window and click Family Members. Once the Family Members page opens, click on the family member from the table. In the popup window, scroll down to the Extras section and click on the Memberships or Tickets section to open it. You will now see a table of all the current and upcoming memberships or tickets you have purchased. In the Actions column, click the View icon to view your membership card or ticket.


Accessing a Customer's Memberships & Tickets

Administrators have the ability to resend membership cards and tickets, as well as view a customer's membership card and tickets on the Point of Sale page. From the Quick Links drop-down in the upper right of the Point of Sale page, select Memberships or Tickets depending on which one you want to see. A popup window will appear with a list of all memberships or tickets that have been purchased. Use the Search filter above the table to search for a specific customer's purchases.


View membership card or ticket: Click on the row of the item you want to view and a popup will appear with the membership card or ticket.

Resend membership card or ticket: Check the box in the row of the membership(s) or ticket(s) you want to resent and click the Resend Ticket icon below the table.
