Accessing Memberships & Tickets

This tutorial contains an overview of how to access tickets and memberships. The steps you follow will depend on whether you are an administrator looking for someone else's tickets or a customer looking for your own tickets.


View Your and Your Family Member’s Memberships & Tickets

To view all your family’s memberships and tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture on the header bar in the upper right hand corner of the window and click My Tickets & Memberships.

  2. To see all memberships, click the Memberships tab. To view a membership card and the membership’s benefits, click View Memberships.

  3. To see all tickets, click the Tickets tab. Tickets are grouped together by ticket event. To view all tickets for an event, click the View Tickets button. In the popup window, you can scroll through all the tickets you’ve purchased and print your tickets.


Accessing a Customer's Memberships & Tickets

Administrators have the ability to resend membership cards and tickets, as well as view a customer's membership card and tickets on the Point of Sale page. To view these tickets:

  1. Navigate to the Point of Sale page.

  2. From the Quick Links drop-down in the upper right of the page, select Memberships or Tickets depending on which one you want to see.

  3. A popup window will appear with a list of all memberships or tickets that have been purchased. Use the Search filter above the table to search for a specific customer's purchases.


View membership card or ticket: Click on the row of the item you want to view and a popup will appear with the membership card or ticket.


Resend membership card or ticket: Check the box in the row of the membership(s) or ticket(s) you want to resent and click the Resend Ticket icon below the table.
