Tickets Sold Report

Let's say you want to run a report with information about the tickets that have been sold during a specific timeframe, such as this calendar year. On the Reports page, select Point of Sale as the category and Tickets as the subcategory. Then set your filters as desired. Be sure to add the appropriate date range in the Date Range filter.

Dashboard tile: When made into a dashboard tile, this report will display the number of tickets sold.

Note: You could also use this report to see a breakdown of how many tickets were sold by each payment method by using the payment method filter.

Ticket Revenue Report

Let's say you want to run a report to show the revenue from each ticket sold. On the Reports page, select Point of Sale as the category and Order Items as the subcategory. Then set your filters as desired.

Dashboard tile: When made into a dashboard tile, this report will display the total revenue (subtotal + fees paid + taxes).

Note: For more detailed reporting, it is recommended that you categorize your ticket events by Product Category in a way that best aligns with your reporting method.

Processing Fees Report

Let's say you want to see how much has been taken out in processing fees. Unfortunately, you cannot create a report with each item on an order showing the exact fees that were associated with purchasing that item since fees are applied to the entire transaction. However, you can run a Processed Payments report which shows the exact amount that was deducted in fees from each transaction. To run this report, select Financials as the category and Processed Payments as the subcategory.

Dashboard tile: When made into a dashboard tile, this report will display the total amount processed.
