Communications - Email Queue

The email queue tab on the Communications page allows organizations to view all emails currently in the queue.


Viewing an Email from the Queue

To view an email from the queue, click the row from the table of the record you want to view and a popup window will appear allowing you to view the record.


Removing an Email from the Queue

To remove an email from the queue, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete Email icon below the table.
