Communications - Failed Emails

The failed emails tab on the Communications page allows organizations to view all failed emails. Failed emails typically happen with the email address is entered incorrectly.


Resending a Failed Email

To resend a failed email, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Resend Email icon below the table.


Deleting a Failed Email

To delete a failed email, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete Email icon below the table.
