The custom logs page allows organizations to create and track submissions to their custom logs. This feature is useful to track customized records of information, and can be submitted by any employees.
Organization Mangers and Assistants have access to this page and can perform all page functions.
This page has one header filter: Organization.
Prior to creating a custom log, you must create a custom log form on the Forms page. This form will contain the fields you want to track on the custom log.
Create a custom log.
Send the form link to your employees.
Employees submit the form as needed.
Review the results.
Title: Custom log title.
Form: Custom log form. Forms can be created on the forms page.
Note: Only forms that are setup as a Custom Log Form will be available to select in this field.
Active: Enable to activate the custom log.
To view custom log submissions, click the View Submissions icon in the Actions column of the table. A popup window will appear with a table of all the log submissions. You may add, edit, or delete submissions from this table.
To copy a custom log link, click the Copy Link icon in the Actions column of the table for the row with the link you want to copy.
To generate a custom log QR code, click the Get QR Code icon in the Actions column of the table for the row with the link for which you want to create a QR code. A popup will appear with a QR code that can be downloaded.
