The payees tab on the Financials page allows organizations to add payees or user groups as a way to charge them for their resources usage. All functionality for this tool is accessible by being on the Payees tab of the Financials page.
The payees table comes with a status filter which allows the user to select all, active, or inactive status for payees.
Rate Types are customizable on the Preferences page on the Events & Resources tab.
Payee Name: Name of the payee.
Participant: Primary point of contact for the payee. The payee will be tied to this participant’s phone number and email address, but the address can be customized.
Address: Payee street
City: Payee city
State: Payee state
Zip: Payee zip
Rate Type: Rate type assigned to the payee that will be applied when booking resources.
Active: Enable to activate the payee.
Internal Notes: Private notes about the payee.
Since Payees are tied to receivable and revenue records, they cannot be deleted. The best way to declutter the payees table is to mark payees you don't interact with as inactive, and then use the Active filter in the status table filter.
