Financials - Reconciliations

The reconciliations tab on the Financials page allows organizations to reconcile their bank account with All-Star Rec Manager. Reconciliations will show up on Income/Expense reports if in the report date range. All functionality for this tool is accessible by being on the Reconciliations tab of the Financials page.


Reconciliation Fields

  • Date: The reconciliation date and time.

  • Balance: The bank account balance.

  • Comment: Comments explaining differences between account balance and All-Star Rec Manager balance.


Deleting a Reconciliation

To delete a reconciliation, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete icon below the table. A popup window will appear to confirm you want to delete it, and if so, click Delete. Once deleted, the record cannot be recovered.
