Form Submissions

The submissions tab on the Forms page allows you to view and edit submissions from your forms. All functionality for this tool is accessible by being on the Submissions tab of the Forms page.


Prerequisites

One or more active forms must be set up on the Forms tab to be able to use the Submission tab.


Table Filters

The submissions table comes with a Form filter. Use this filter to select the form from which you want to view submissions.


Reviewing and Editing Responses

To view/edit a submission, click the row from the table of the record you want to edit and the popup window will appear allowing to view and edit the record. Once you're done editing the record, click the Save button.


Assigning a Submission

This feature provides the ability to delegate processing of a form submission to ensure none of them fall through the cracks. To assign a submission to an admin, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Assignment & Status icon below the table. A popup window will appear allowing you to assign the submission to an organizational admin and update the status of the submission.


Sending an Assignment Email

This feature will send an email to the person assigned to the submission. To send the email, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Send Assignment Email icon below the table. This email will be sent immediately.


Deleting Submissions

To delete a submission, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete icon below the table. A popup window will appear to confirm you want to delete it, and if so, click Delete. Once deleted, the record cannot be recovered.


Note: In addition to deleting this record, all receivables tied to this form submission will also be deleted.


Note: If the form is a Participant Registration form, the participant will not be automatically removed from the team they were assigned to from the form. This is a safeguard against accidentally removing all players from historical rosters if you decide to remove all their form submissions at a future date.
