The forms page contains functionality to build custom forms and view/edit form submissions. This document provides general information about the page, and then individual pages for each of these tools offer more details on how to use them.

Organization Mangers, Assistants, Financial Coordinators, and Activity Coordinators have access to this page and can perform all page functions.
