The inventory page allows organizations to track inventory at their facilities and in their leagues.
Organization Mangers, Assistants, and Official Coordinators have access to this page and can perform all page functions.
This page has two filters: Organization and Location.
Inventory categories can be customized on the Preferences page, General tab.
Location: The location where the inventory is stored.
Category: Inventory category.
Name: Name of the item.
Stored: Stored location details (if applicable).
Quantity: Quantity of this item (if applicable).
Color: Color of this item (if applicable).
Size: Size of this item (if applicable).
Custom Fields: Custom field 1 and 2. Can be used for any other way you want to category the items.
Notes: Additional notes about the item.
Checked Out: Enable to display that the item is checked out.
To delete an inventory item, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete icon below the table. A popup window will appear to confirm you want to delete it, and if so, click Delete. Once deleted, the incident records cannot be recovered.
