The locations page allows organizations to add various locations where they host events.
Organization Mangers and Assistants have access to this page and can perform all page functions.
This page has one filter: Organization.
Image: Upload an image of the location
Location Name: The name of the location
Address: Location street.
City: Location city.
State: Location state.
Zip: Location zip code.
Active: Enable to display the location across filters and pages.
External Location: Enable to mark the location as a third-party location. These locations will not automatically display across filters and pages, allowing you to hide uncommonly used locations and resources.
Note: To display external locations in the Location drop-down menus on other pages, check the Show External Locations checkbox below one of these drop-downs.
To delete a location, check the box next to the record in the table and click the Delete icon below the table. A popup window will appear to confirm you want to delete it, and if so, click Delete. Once deleted, the record cannot be recovered.
