Member Check-ins

The member check-ins page allows organizations to check-in members upon arrival. This feature works best by providing members with a barcode on their membership cards and using a barcode scanner to scan them in when they arrive.


Page Privileges

Administrators Organization Mangers, Assistants, Customer Relations Coordinators, and Cashiers have access to this page and can perform all page functions.


Page Filters

This page has two header filters: Organization and Location.


Scanning a Member Barcode

To scan a member barcode, connect a barcode scanner to your device. When a barcode is scanned, the participant’s information, including a photo, will display on the screen and a check-in record will be added to the table below. If there’s an error, the error will display on the screen.


Manually Add a Check-in

Click the Add New button above the table. A popup window will appear. Select the participant and their membership and click the Check-in button. If there’s an error, the error will display on the screen.
