The reports page allows users to generate, view, and print reports using a variety of filters. These reports can also be automatically emailed on a set schedule and some of them can display on the dashboard.
Everyone has access to this page, but not everyone has access to every report. Only administrators can save, edit, or delete reports.
This page has one header filter: Organization.
When the page loads, you will see three dropdowns. The first dropdown contains a list of saved reports. The second dropdown contains a list of report categories. And the third dropdown contains a list of actual reports. Once you select a report to view, custom filters will appear below the dropdowns. Set your filters accordingly and click the Run Report button to view the report. A popup window will appear with the report data. Some reports are viewable as tables and others are viewable as a calendar.
With the popup window of the report open, click the Download to CSV button above the table to download it to a CSV which can then be opened in a program like Excel. You can format and print it from there.
With the popup window of the report open, click the Print button below the calendar. A new tab will open in your browser with the calendar. Now you'll be able to directly print the calendar from your browser.
Once you have set the criteria for the report you want to save, click the Save Report button. A popup window will appear which allows you to enter the name and designate the report as only viewable by admins. Click Save to save the report.
Note: If you have selected a report from the Saved Reports dropdown, clicking the save button will overwrite the existing report.
To edit a report, select it from the Saved Reports dropdown. Make changes and then click the Save Report button. Makes changes to the fields in the popup window and then click Save.
To delete a saved report, select it from the Saved Reports dropdown. Then click the Delete Report button.
