The Resource Requests tab on the Resources page allows organizations to add and review resource requests.
Auto Approval is customizable on the Preference page, Events & Resources tab in the Resource Requests Auto Approval section. When enabled for this resource, resource requests will automatically be approved. Otherwise, they will need to be manually approved.
Approval and Denial Email Recipients can be set on the Preferences page, General tab in the Emails - Triggered section.
Form: The form you want to review requests for or All Forms. To view responses to custom fields, you must select the specific form you want to view.
Dates: The date range you want to view. Options are All, Upcoming, or Past.
When you add a request on behalf of someone else, you’ll want to do it on this page. After filling the Person/Payee, Location, Resource, and Timeslot fields, the form fields associated with the selected timeslot will appear. Once you submit the resource request, it will appear in the table.
Note: Payments cannot be made on the Resource Requests tab. They can be made on the Payment page by the participant or on the Point-of-Sale page by the organization.
Click on the resource request from the table and a popup window will appear with the form. Make changes and save it.
To approve a resource request, check the box next to the request(s) in the table and click the Approve icon below the table. An automated email will be sent to the participant informing them that the request was approved.
To deny or delete a resource request, check the box to the request(s) in the table and click the Deny icon below the table. A popup will appear allowing you to provide a reason for denying the request. An automated email will be sent to the participant informing them that the request was denied and the reason.
