Rosters - Rosters Tab

The rosters tab on the Rosters page allows leagues to manage team rosters.

Customizations

• Positions are customizable on the Preferences page, League tab, Positions - Team section.

Roster Fields

• Name: Select the rostered player.

• Jersey: Enter the player’s jersey number (if applicable).

• Position: Player’s position.

• Team Manager: Enable to designate player as a team manager. Team managers have access to rostered player contact information and the Sub List on the Reports page.

Bulk Editing Jersey Numbers

To bulk edit jersey numbers, click the Edit Jersey Number(s) icon below the table. A list of the currently rostered players and their jersey numbers will appear. Make edits and click the save button.

Note: Jersey numbers can also be updated on the electronic Scoresheet. There is a toggle switch on the Scoresheet to determine whether the jersey number also gets updated on the roster.

Moving a Player to a Different Roster

To move a player to a different roster, check the box next to the player’s record and click the Move Player icon below the table. In the popup window, select the team to receive the player and click the Save button.

Note: If you used the built-in participant registration form for player registrations, you can also move a player by updating their registration form.

Removing a Player from a Roster

You can safely remove a player from a roster without any impact to historical data. All stats recorded for the player on the roster will remain the same.

Note: Removing a player from a roster does not remove their registration. If you need to update their registration, you will need to manually update it. If you remove the entire form submission, the player will not be automatically removed from the roster. However, if you remove one of their registrations within the form submission, the player will be removed from the roster.

Player and Team Ratings

If your league uses player ratings, the player ratings will appear as a column in the table. If your league uses team ratings, the team rating will appear below the roster table. These settings can be updated for the division on the League Settings page, Divisions tab.
