Scoresheet - Rosters

The rosters quick link on the Scoresheet page allows you to add subs and check players for each team for that game.

Rosters Functionality

The rosters table includes all the rosters and sub players for each team for the selected game.

• Check-in: To check in a player, check the box next to their name.

  • Note: If your league uses team ratings, the team rating will automatically update in the footer of the table.

• Change Jersey or Position: Click the player’s row in the table and a popup window will appear allowing you to change the player’s jersey number and position.

  • Note: If you toggle the switch on to Update jersey number on roster, the player’s jersey number will also be updated on the roster. This is often helpful during the first game of the season.

• Add a Player: You can add a player for this game, such as a last-minute walkup sub, by click the Add Player button below the table.

  • Note: When a player is added to the roster at the game, it is treated as a sub meaning that sub fees will automatically be added to the player’s account when they are added to the roster.

• Roster Player Errors: Individual errors for players in the game will appear in the Notes column of the table. These errors are intended to assist scorekeepers.

• Team Errors: If a team is outside the rules for the division set on the League Settings page, Divisions tab, an error message under the team name will appear alerting the scorekeeper of the error.

Note: For a player to appear in the dropdowns when recording goals and penalties, the player must be checked in to the game in the Rosters tables.
