Loading a Game

To load a game, select it from the Games dropdown near the upper-left of the scoresheet and click the Load Game button. All existing information for this game will load into the scoresheet.

Setting the Period

To set the period, click the period. The clock will reset to the period length that is set on the Game Settings quick link.

Note: For a game to automatically be recorded as an OT win/loss, the period must be switched to OT and any goals scored in OT must be recorded with the period as OT.

Running the Clock

To start the clock, click the Start Clock button. To manually set the game time, stop the clock and click on the game time and make changes.

Note: The clock will count down correctly, but may not keep up with the actual game clock if the device’s internet connection is slow.

Setting/Changing the Goalie

To set/change the goalie, click the word CHANGE under the team name. In the popup, select the goalie you want to put into the game and click the Save button. If the team has no goalie, select None.

Note: If a team pulls their goalie, it is helpful to change out the goalie to None so that it populates automatically if the team scores an empty net goal.

Recording Saves

To record a goalie save, click the Plus icon below the team name. To remove a save, click the Minus icon below the team name.

Recording Goals

To record a goal, click the Goal button below the team name. The current period and time will automatically populate in the fields. Select the Goal scorer, the players with assists if applicable, and the goal type. The goalie will automatically populate based on the goalie currently in net. Click the Save button.

Goals can be edited by clicking on the goal from the table, making changes, and then clicking the Save button.

Note: Only players checked in on the Rosters quick links will show up in the Goal and Assist dropdowns.

Recording Penalties

To record a penalty, click the Penalty button below the team name and below the goals table. The current period and time will automatically populate in the fields. Select the penalized player, the penalty, and the number of minutes. Click the Save button.

Penalties can be edited by clicking on the penalty from the table, making changes, and then clicking the Save button.

Note: The following penalties could trigger emails: major, misconduct, game misconduct, and match. When recording penalties, be sure they are recorded correctly so that the appropriate emails are sent to league managers.
