Store - Coupons

The coupons tab on the Store page allows organizations to manage their coupons.

Purpose of Coupons

Coupons can be used by customers or cashiers to offer discounts on products.

Fields

• Coupon Code: Code customers can use in the Coupon Code field when purchasing products. Codes are not case sensitive.

• Coupon Type: Basic coupons allow a straight discount or percentage off and BOGO coupons give a certain amount or percentage off a second item.

• Discount: The discount type as a percentage or dollar amount followed by the amount of the discount.

• Limit Uses: Enabling will limit the number of uses for this coupon code. If enabled, additional fields will appear.

  • Uses Per Order: Number of uses permitted on a single order.

  • Total Uses: Number of total uses permitted for this coupon for all customers.

• Applicable Products: A list of all products that all eligible to receive discounts with this coupon. You can set coupons to be used per location, product category, or per individual product.
