This article explains how to access your All-Star Rec Manager account, log in, change your password, and understand how login sessions work.
If you already have a profile in All-Star Rec Manager but have never logged in before, you can request access to your account.
Navigate to the Login page.
Click Request Access.
Select your organization.
Enter the email address associated with your profile.
Click Request Access.
If your email address is associated with a profile in the selected organization, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your account.
Note: If your email address is not associated with a profile in the selected organization, you will not be be able to request access. If you believe this is an error, contact your organization's administrator.
Note: The organization administrator may choose whether to provide you with a username and password.
Navigate to the Login page.
Enter your email address and password.
Click Login.
If you do not remember your password:
Click Forgot Password.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
A new password will be sent to your email address.
To update your password after logging in:
Click your profile photo in the upper-right corner.
Select My Profile.
Scroll to the Password section.
Enter your new password.
Click Save.
Your password must:
Be between 8 and 30 characters long.
Contain at least one letter.
Contain at least one number.
Note: If you would like All-Star Rec Manager to create a secure password for you, click the Generate Password button.
You can be logged in on up to three devices at the same time. If you log in on a third device, you will automatically be signed out of one of your other devices.
Once you log in successfully, you will remain signed in for up to six months, unless you log out or your session is otherwise terminated.
Profiles marked as children cannot log in directly. To manage a child's information, a connected Parent/Guardian can login and edit the child's profile from the Family Members page.
