This tutorial walks through how to create and manage cash drawers. Cash drawers are useful for double checking that the amount in the cash box/drawer is correct.
Navigate to the Point of Sale page. From the Quick Links menu, click the Cash Drawers button. A popup will appear with a list of cash drawers.
To add a cash drawer, click the Add New button above the table. Enter the starting amount and click Save.
To edit a cash drawer, click the row from the table of the record you want to edit and the popup window will appear allowing to edit or finalize the record. Once you finish making changes, click the Save button.
To delete a cash drawer record, check the box next to the record(s) you want to delete and click the Delete Drawer icon below the table.
