This tutorial walks through how to view and manage memberships.
Navigate to the Point of Sale page. From the Quick Links menu, click the Memberships button. A popup will appear with a list of memberships.
The memberships table comes with a status filter which allows the user to select a specific status they want to view, such as active memberships.
To edit a membership, click the row from the table of the record you want to edit and a popup window will appear with the details of the membership. From here, you may edit the membership dates, edit the members, and view/print membership cards.
Member Codes: Each member is automatically assigned a member code. This code cannot be changed by the organization. Members will use this code when adding their membership to a form to receive discounts.
Member Barcode: You may optionally assign each member a barcode. This barcode can be useful for scanning in-person when checking members in and/or adding member discounts to orders.
