With numerous way to collect contact information and payments, it can be challenging to figure out which feature is best to use in each situation. This article is intended to share the capabilities of each available feature so that you can make the best possible decision. The specific features reviewed in this article are Activities, Registration Forms, Memberships, and Tickets.

Included in All

• Contact information is automatically collected and Participant records are automatically created or updated from the form.

• Create custom fields.

Registration Form

• This feature is available in all packages.

• A registration form allows people to register for one or more options. Options have a price assigned to them, can be age restricted, can limit the number of registrations, and can have a waiting list.

• There are no additional fees for people to make a payment on the form for the Facility, Facility Lite, and League packages. There are additional fees to make a payment with the Ticketing package.

Tickets

• This feature is available in all packages.

• A ticket allows you to offer general or assigned seats with variable pricing which can be sold either online or in-person and scan tickets at the gate.

• Guest purchases are available with this feature.

• There are additional fees for people to purchase tickets.

Memberships

• This feature is available in all packages.

• Memberships can be Basic or Season Tickets. Season Ticket memberships can provide general or reserved seating tickets to every home game for a season.

• With a membership, you can offer customers discounts on other products. If you have the Facility package, you can scan customers in.

• Memberships can be renewed.

• There are no additional fees for people to purchase a membership for the Facility package. All other packages come with an additional fee.

Activities

• This feature is available in the Facility and the Facility Lite packages.

• An activity allows you to set up a series of events, a registration form, and take attendance all in one spot.

• An activity form allows people to register for one or more options. Options have a price assigned to them, can be age restricted, can limit the number of registrations, and can have a waiting list.

• There are no additional fees for people to make a payment on the form.

Participant Registration Forms

• This feature is available in the League package.

• A participant form allows you to collect player registrations and will automatically assign them to the position(s) and team(s) they select.

• There are no additional fees for people to make a payment on the form.

Team Registration Forms

• This feature is available in the League package.

• A team form allows team managers to register, pay for, and automatically create their team in the selected division.

• There are no additional fees for people to make a payment on the form.
