How user-friendly is All-Star Rec Manager?

Do you provide training for our team members?
Yes! We will gladly spend up to 8 hours training your team members on how to use All-Star Rec Manager. We've also provided help documentation within the system for easy reference.
Do you provide tech support?
Yes! We want you to succeed, so we are happy to answer your questions free of charge. In the event you need a higher level of assistance than is usually required, we will work with you to negotiate a price for additional tech support.
Are you open to feedback about ways that could make your software easier to use?
Absolutely! We always welcome feedback from our customers and many times will implement ideas that benefit everyone using it.
Do I have to use all of All-Star Rec Manager's features?
Nope! You can use whichever features you want.
Do customers need a username and password to register for activities, reserve resources, and make payments?
Nope! One of our most exciting features is that customers have the ability to complete all these tasks without ever having to login through the use of emailing codes similar to 2-factor authentication. At the same time, we offer the option for your customers to login to view reports.
Does All-Star Rec Manager have a variety of access levels?
Yes! Each user can be assigned an access level to provide them with access only to the pages they need. For example, your Financial Coordinator will have access to all financial records, but general users will only have access to their individual financial records.
How are activities, events, and reservations displayed to the public?
Your organization will receive a public page where customers can view activities, events, make reservations, and make payments. We will provide this link to you to add to your website.
Can you build our organization a website that integrates with All-Star Rec Manager?
Yes! We would be more than happy to work with you to develop a website for your oganization for an extra charge.
Do you require a credit card number to receive the free trial?
Nope! You may use All-Star Rec Manager completely free for 30 days without the need to put a credit card on file with us. You can request your free trial HERE.
