Why don't you post transparent pricing on your website?
Don't we all like transparent pricing? Due to the nature of each facility and its needs being unique, we have a complex algorithm to calculate pricing which is unfortunately not suited to display online.
Is there a cost to collect electronic payments?
Processing credit cards and online payments comes with a small fee regardless of your processor. It's part of doing business. With All-Star Rec Manager, we guarantee you will receive a competitive rate on all payments you collect online and credit/debit cards you process in-person. We do not charge for in-person cash or check transactions.
Is there a separate price to run a hockey league or tournament?
Possibly. Due to the comprehensive functionality of our hockey league management software, it may cost extra depending on the size of the league/tournament and total annual spend with us. Contact us if you are interested in pricing for this feature.
Do you charge to convert my existing data?
Possibly. Ultimately it depends on how much time we think it'll take to convert your existing data. At your request, we can provide this number as part of your quote.
Are There Other Hidden Fees?
Nope! You get access to every feature for one low price.
When are payments due?
During the first year, payments are due once the free trial is complete. In subsequent years, payments are due within 30 days of the contract expiration date.
